As promised, today is my first post on the 12 Weeks to a Healthier You. I came upon this challenge late in the game, but I will post the other 4 that I missed and just jump in where you can!!
This month the challenge is to cut back on sugar. Now this is a big issue for me. I love sweets!! I know I would be a lot more healthier if I would cut back on the amount of sugar I consume daily. Right now I eat sweets daily and I put way too much sugar in my coffee. So my goal is to cut back on the sugar I put in my coffee, (I hope to use only honey by the end of the month). Also I’m only going to eat dessert once a week.
Remember to keep your goals attainable. I’m a totally all or nothing person but I’m trying to learn balance in all areas of my life. I have found this is the best way to actually make a life change instead of just for a season!
